Orders bought on the E scooter guy site will be send by courier with signature required and tracking number that we will send to you by email you supplied, we take all care to get the goods in good condition to you, but we can’t get hold responsible for any damage or loss.
Returning goods for changing your mind, wrong or unoccupied address, (unless we send the wrong product), will incur a restocking fee of 15%, returning shipping costs comes at the buyers expense, in case of warranty we carry the cost of sending the replacement or repaired product .
